As the next generation of Indigenous scholars, I look forward to continuing the work of our predecessors who have paved the way to Indigenizing the Academy. I’ve been invited to present at the Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT) Plenary One- The New Indigenous Scholars to discuss the challenges and opportunities we face and what is needed to create a supportive academic environment.
